The A6120 is a series of low-power, low-dropout voltage regulators designed to provide efficient voltage regulation in a wide range of applications. With a typical dropout voltage of 1.0V at a 2A load current, it offers an output voltage range from 1.2V to 5.0V in 0.1V steps, and can also be customized on command. In addition, each voltage version can be used as an adjustable version, allowing the desired voltage to be set by adjusting two external resistors in the application circuit.

The A6120 features excellent load transient response and temperature characteristics, ensuring stable performance across varying conditions. It utilizes trimming techniques to guarantee an output voltage accuracy within ±2%, with a possibility for ±1% accuracy in customized versions. The regulator operates with a low quiescent current of just 3.0µA (typical) and supports a maximum output current of 2A. It also offers a typical dropout voltage of 850mV at 1.5A (VOUT = 3.3V).
