Features
The Bently Nevada 3500/65 Series 16-Channel Temperature Monitors have 16 temperature channels and accept temperature inputs from both resistance temperature detectors (RTD) and isolated tip thermocouples (TC). These inputs are processed by the monitor and compared to user-programmable alarm setpoints.
The 3500 Rack Configuration Software is used to program the monitor. The 16-Channel Temperature Monitor can be configured to accept isolated tip thermocouples, 3-wire RTD, 4-wire RTD, or a combination of TC and RTD inputs.
Temperature monitors must be installed in groups of three adjacent monitors in Triple Modular Redundant (TMR) configurations. To ensure accurate operation and to avoid single-point failures, the monitor in this configuration employs two types of voting.
